Types Of Deep Groove Ball Bearings

wallpapers Environment 2021-01-12
Bearing type

1. Single row deep groove ball bearings
2. Single row deep groove ball bearing with dust cover
3. Single row deep groove ball bearing with dust cover and sealing ring
4. Single row deep groove ball bearing with stop groove and stop ring on the outer ring
5. Deep groove ball bearings with notches
6. Double row deep groove ball bearings

Tolerance

Standard deep groove ball bearings are of ordinary grade, all complying with GB307.1.

Clearance

Standard deep groove ball bearings have C2, standard (CN), C3, C4 and C5 internal clearances, all of which are in line with GB4604.

Cage

Deep groove ball bearings generally use steel stamping cages or brass solid cages. When the outer diameter is less than 400 mm, the steel stamping cage is used without the post code. When the outer diameter is greater than 400 mm, the brass solid cage is often used without the post code.

Three types of bearing processing

The processing forms of deep groove ball bearing parts are as follows:

1. Multi-process processing: Generally, bearing production requires 20-40 processes, and more than 70 processes.
2. Forming processing: The working surfaces of bearing parts are all rotary forming surfaces, which are suitable for processing by forming methods.
3. Precision machining: Most of the surface of the bearing parts must be ground, and the grinding dimensions and geometric accuracy are in μm.

Pay attention to the problem

Deep groove ball bearings. If the bearing load is too small during operation, it will cause slippage between the ball and the raceway and become the cause of scratches. In particular, large deep groove ball bearings with heavy balls and cages have this tendency. It is expected that the load will be too small during use, so you should contact relevant personnel in time when selecting bearings!

Causes of rust

In many cases, bearing corrosion will occur. There are many reasons for bearing corrosion. The most common factors in our daily life are mainly the following factors.
1. Due to the poor sealing device, it is invaded by moisture and dirt;
2. The bearing has not been used for a long time, the anti-rust period has passed, and the maintenance is lacking.
3. The roughness of the metal surface is relatively large;
4. Contact with corrosive chemical medium, the bearing is not cleaned, the surface is stained with dirt, or the bearing is touched with sweaty hands. After the bearing is cleaned, it is not packaged or installed in time, exposed to the air for a long time, and is attacked by air moisture. Contamination
5. Ambient temperature and humidity and contact with various environmental media; the rust inhibitor fails or the quality does not meet the requirements.
